Today’s Make Up: #WCW Raina in A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness

Hello dear friends! Can ya’ll believe it is Wednesday already? Better yet, can ya’ll believe we’re in the latter half of the year? My goodness…

Just yesterday, I claimed to stay away from makeup for as long as I can. Well…. I guess long means a day because here I am today, with makeup painted on. Nothing too fancy, as a matter a fact, nothing fancy at all.

I was catching up on music shows yesterday while running and San E and Raina’s Inkigayo stage for A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness came on, I thought, “Huh.. Raina looks especially beautiful here. Her makeup is amazing!“ Well, her makeup is perfect for my situation today. Although I am unable to wear many face products to create flawless skin like hers, I wanted to do her eye makeup. It’s so simple but it makes her stand out so much!

My skin is slowly but surely improving so I do not want to risk it acting out again by wearing too much face makeup. I used the bare minimum today, just concealer and a bit of pressed powder to set it. I want my skin to breathe and be free.

I start off by priming my eyes, then I used a flat eyeshadow brush to pack Champagne all over my lids and lower lash line. This shadow will brighten up my eyes and gives it a subtle glow when caught by the light. To keep the eyes looking soft, I used a gel liner to thinly line my upper lash line and extending it at the outer corner. Lastly, I curled my lashes and applied a coat of mascara to my top and bottom lashes.

Milani Power Lip has a handy built in lip brush so application is easier, just twist out the product and apply on the lips with the brush. I used Fortune Cookie as a gloss to put the finishing touch on my lips.

I have no idea why I have the most massive headache right now. Like, my head is pounding..Maybe I should hurry up and do my work outs and call it an early night, again. I’ll see you guys back here tomorrow?
